Travel Tips

Many of you have traveled more often and to more places than I have. Do you have any travel tips for me? I have a long flight from San Francisco to Tokyo. What should I bring to keep me comfortable and entertained? Should I expect delicious food or bring my own? How about while I'm in Japan--any tips on great things to bring with me? Share please!

some sushi is octopus. If there is a green-paste on your sushi plate, don't eat a lot at once; it's wasabi, very extremely spicy! Malinda

try riding the bullet train- so fast. I was riding and twirling my hair in my finger; it got stuck. We had to cut it. I was crying! Malinda

you should bring your own food, a water bottle, a bag of chips or something(they only give you peanuts)--Ally

I agree with Ally, because you need to stay hydraded on the plane, because it can make your head ache. I'd also bring a lot of food and that japanese book I let you barrow, so that you can quickly look up something if you need to.
